DroneCAN networked PWM–DSHOT Driver and Hub NEW

SKU: 1597

Description

Compact DroneCAN expansion module featuring dual JST-GH CAN ports, dual PWM/DSHOT outputs for ESCs and servos, extra UART and I2C for probes and rangefinders. Supports bus voltage monitoring, configurable node ID and data rate, with PX4/Ardupilot-compatible pinout. Designed to be installed directly on each motor arm of larger multirotor vehicles. Provides 2x local PWM/DSHOT outputs for the ESC, also suitable for contra-rotating configurations. Convenient I2C/UART connections for sensors mounted on the same arm (such as airspeed probes, rangefinders, or LIDAR). This reduces wiring complexity on big platforms.

  • Lightweight (6g) with dual JST-GH CAN connectors for easy chaining
  • Arm® Cortex®-M4 @ 80MHz
  • 2x PWM outputs on JR connectors or soldered.
  • Supports DSHOT and PWM protocols.
  • 1x UART expansion ports
  • 1x I2C expansion ports
  • 2x GPIO outputs for positioning LEDs or other devices.
  • Bus voltage monitoring (VCAN)
  • Supports DroneCAN protocol with configurable data rates and node ID
  • PX4/Ardupilot/Pixhawk compatible CAN pinout and power supply

Available with both consumer and aerospace-grade quality control.

We offer an optional ESD shield for this module, to be used in environments with high electrical noise.
